Grupo Éxito has once again been recognized for its policy and responsible approach by MERCO (Monitor Empresarial de Reputacion Corporativa), an independent research institute renowned in Latin America, as one of the three most committed companies in Colombia to help people weakened by the Covid-19. Casino Group subsidiary is regularly praised for its environmental and societal actions. It places solidarity at the heart of its commitments.
Since the beginning of the health crisis, Grupo Éxito has taken concrete action to assist Colombia’s most vulnerable populations. This ranking as third most committed company during the pandemic given by Merco, a research institute which assessments on the reputation of companies in Latin America are known to be of quality, enhances Grupo Exito’s actions.
In 2020, Grupo Éxito collected and distributed an increasing number of food and hygiene products throughout the country and Fundacion Éxito teams were also actively involved with more than 250,000 food baskets delivered to children and their families.
